Client Challenge
The client needed actionable insights from existing CCTV infrastructure without expensive hardware refreshes.
Proposed Solution
We deployed YOLO + DeepSORT pipelines for tracking, occupancy, and recognition workflows, exposed through a Django operations console.
Architecture
Camera streams feed OpenCV workers running YOLO detection and DeepSORT tracking. Events and identities land in PostgreSQL; Django serves analytics dashboards and alerts.
